Return Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Since all our products are made to order we can't offer exchanges or refunds less there is something wrong with the product. If the item arrives damaged or the quality isn't up to snuff we will send you out another one right away. Just drop us a line at info@youngatheartpets.com and we'll get you a replacement.
